The Yin-Yang Massage and Spa is decorated in the same Chinese style and occupies the third floor of the Shanghai Inn. There are 40 seats for traditional foot massage, 20 beds for full body massage, and two aromatherapy rooms.
Thai massage has roots in ancient Chinese medicine, and focuses on the system of energy lines that flow through the body. Regular massage is common practise in Thailand, as it is believed to improve health and ensure longevity.
The spa’s signature 90 minute ginger reflexology foot massage is designed to boost blood circulation and balance body and mind - perfect after a day exploring this vibrant and unique city.

Things to do in Bangkok
