Pamushana, a member of the Relais & Chateaux group, is one of the most exquisite safari lodges in Africa. Perched on top of a ridge with panoramic views, the lodge offers a perfect way in which to sample the delights of the surrounding bush of Malilangwe Wildlife Reserve.

Each of its six villas are spacious to the extreme, built with intricate hand-hewn stone work, exotic works of art and richly textured materials collected from all over Africa. Things to do in Chiredzi

The surrounding bush is full of wildlife including black and white rhino and the big five. Individually tailored game walks and drives, special interest safaris, canoeing and more can be arranged to ensure one’s stay at Pamushana is truly memorable.

Getting to Pamushana

Guests taking a chartered aircraft from Johannesburg (approx two hours and 40 mins) fly into Buffalo Range Airport to clear customs, and then fly a further 10 mins onto the private airstrip at Malilangwe. Scheduled flights are available into Harare International Airport followed by a five-hour road transfer into the lodge.
