The Golf

The Inverness championship golf course was built in 1974 and designed by Press Maxwell. There are lots of bunkers, water hazards and bentgrass greens. No11 is a picturesque 211 yards with a lake in front, the longest hole is the 562-yard No.2 and members reckon the par threes are the most challenging holes. The course is open all year round. The Inverness “bed breakfast and golf” package includes accommodation, breakfast in bed or in the Garden Terrace, unlimited same day golf and use of the hotel facilities.

The Inverness has five dining and entertainment venues. The Swan is an elegant formal restaurant serving a combination of new American and international cuisine. The Garden Terrace is popular with the Denver locals for a great Sunday brunch and seafood buffet at the weekend and it also has an excellent a la carte menu. In the Fireside Lounge comfortable sofas, a blazing fire and panoramic views over the golf course create the ideal place to relax with a drink after a hard days golfing. The Pub is dedicated to sport with dartboards, pool and table football along with large screen TVs, snacks and light meals. The Golf Grille is convenient for the course and serves homemade soup, sandwiches and light snacks
