Please read these terms and conditions carefully. Your membership to Pure Privileges constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Members of Pure Privileges must be at least 18 years of age.
Membership of Pure Privileges is free of charge. We will ask you to provide us with your contact details; you agree that the details you provide are accurate and up to date.
By becoming a member of Pure Privileges you agree to receive marketing emails from Great Hotels of the World. You are free to opt out of these at any time.
Great Hotels of the World acts as an agent for hotels. The Pure Privilege benefits are agreed between the guest and the hotel. All Privileges vary between hotels and are subject to availability, individual terms and conditions and are not guaranteed.
Participating hotels and/or Privileges may change at any time and without notice. Great Hotels of the World are not responsible for any changes to Privileges after a booking has been made.
Pure Privilege members are only eligible for Privileges after completing a booking with Great Hotels of the World. Pure Privileges are not available when booking with the hotel directly or through a travel agent.
Certain member hotels of Great Hotels of the World may not offer some or all Privileges. Participating hotels are easily identified on their hotel mini-page on www.ghotw.com.
Reservations must be made either at www.ghotw.com or by calling +44 (0) 20 7380 3658. You must enter your Pure Privileges membership number at time of booking.
If a Pure Privileges member books multiple rooms using his/her membership number, only his/her room will be eligible for privileges.
Great Hotels of the World reserve the right to terminate Pure Privileges or Pure Privileges membership at any time and to change the Privileges or services offered. You may terminate your Pure Privileges membership at any time by emailing pureprivilege@ghotw.com.
We make every effort for Pure Privileges details to be correct on our website, however from time to time, human or technical errors may occur. Therefore we cannot guarantee Privilege and price details are correct.
