Gran Hotel Bahia Del Duque Resort Announces Opening of Brand New Restaurant and Terrace
Great Hotels of the World member, Gran Hotel Bahia Del Duque Resort in Tenerife, Spain, has announced the recent opening of its brand new restaurant “Asia-kan” and the opening of its “Moët Gastro Tapas” terrace, making the hotel one of the most varied and complete gastronomic venues in the Canary Islands.
The brand new restaurant “Asia-kan” is run by the hotel’s Executive Chef Juan Miguel Cabrera and will offer a dinner menu of Japanese, Chinese and Thai fusion dishes in a traditional Asian atmosphere with a minimalist style. The “Moët Gastro Tapas” terrace, which is the only one of its kind in the Canary Islands, is opening for the summer season.
The “Moët Gastro Tapas” terrace is the first terrace the leading Champagne label Moët & Chandon has opened in the Canary Islands and is located near to the beach, surrounded by gardens with day beds and sofas to create a summery and relaxing atmosphere. The terrace serves evening aperitifs along with Champagne and a selection of cocktails.
Santiago Cabre, general director of the Gran Hotel Bahia Del Duque Resort comments, “These new options emphasise just how important gastronomy is in our hotel. We are continuing to extend our range of gastronomic alternatives so our guests can embark on a journey of high quality international cuisine, without having to leave the hotel.”
Styled after a classic Spanish village in Adeje, one of the most beautiful areas in southern Tenerife, Gran Hotel Bahia del Duque Resort is one of the world’s most imaginative and stunning resorts and a member of Great Hotels of the World – a collection of the world’s finest hotels and resorts.
