The Landmark London launches Meeting Planners Calendar

Great Hotels of the World member, The Landmark London, has recently launched a Meeting Planners Calendar showing the high and low demand dates for the hotel throughout 2009 and 2010. The planner gives full information on flexible rates throughout the year which allows meeting planners and buyers to save a significant amount from their meetings budgets.

“Even in this economic climate, meetings still need to happen. However, we understand that savings need to be made to be able to book deluxe hotels in London, which is why we have taken this move to proactively state our low demand periods to the market place”, said Sally Beck, Director of Marketing at The Landmark London.

Meeting planners can now save £90 per bedroom between a high and very low demand period, as bedrooms start at £160 in a very low period and rise to £250 in a high demand period. Savings can also be made on day delegate rates, which vary from £80 in a very low demand period to £100 in a high demand period.

Lakeside Hotel launches new conference website

Situated on the shores of Lake Windermere in Cumbria, Special Hotels of the World member Lakeside Hotel has launched a new conference website (www.LakeDistrictConferences.co.uk) . The website offers fresh ideas for incentives at conferences at the hotel, with all facilities offered being on-site. Ideas include mountain bike riding, evening sailing trips and guided walks of the Lake District.
