G-rez by Great Hotels Organisation offers free website consultancy at ITB Berlin 2009
G-rez, the independently-owned GDS and internet service provider by Great Hotels Organisation is to offer hotels a free expert website health check during this year’s ITB Berlin.
Exhibiting at the show for the 3rd year, hoteliers will be able to see the technology in action with live demonstrations and receive on the spot advice. Hoteliers can determine how technology can be used to help them manage website, GDS, ADS (internet) reservations easily. Each hotel can also receive a full analysis of their current practices to make sure they are making the most of all opportunities available.
Carly Gotz, Director of Business Development and Marketing at GHO comments, “With so many changes taking place within the electronic reservation marketplace, it is important that hotels are fully aware of the new technologies available. Technology in this sector is evolving rapidly and hotels should work proactively to stay up-to-date with technological advances and implement any necessary changes.”
G-rez, which was ranked third largest hotel consortia by Hotels Magazine 2007 giant’s survey, has seen phenomenal success since its launch in 2006. This continued success has sparked GHO’s growth and development with the launch of several new tools and brands: G-wiz, a bespoke booking engine for individual and chain hotels was launched in 2007, closely followed by the launch of sister company, the Big Agency in 2008, providing tailored online marketing solutions. More recently, the introduction of Great Hotels Rewards – a guest loyalty and frequency marketing programme created specifically for independent hotels and resorts.
