The Meeting Forums are two-day events comprising a series of 20-minute pre-scheduled one-on-one appointments between luxury member hotels of Great Hotels of the World and Special Hotels of the World and top meeting and incentive buyers from specific markets, all of whom have confirmed budgets to spend.
Over the two-day events, attendees have meetings with a selection of companies and agencies from a range of industries such as pharmaceutical, financial and automotive.
Designed to focus on business, the events also aim to be enjoyable and provide opportunities to make business contacts. The events include drinks receptions, gala dinners and networking activities which enables contacts and relationships to be made and allows the buyers to learn about the host destination.
