This VIP guest from the Middle East checked-out and realised en-route to the airport that he had left his medication in his room.

Not wanting to lose his medication, he requested that the hotel fly his medicine to London on the next available flight at his expense.

The following day, the hotel's executive chef, who was British, flew to London to deliver the medicine. Good service or what?
