The 16th edition of Oslo's World Music Festival kicks off on 2 November bringing a truly diverse and eclectic world of music to the Norwegian capital.
Eleven stages will host over three hundred artists during the week long event with music from Casablanca, Buenos Aires, Kinshasa, Bamako, the Sahara, Barcelona and Paris represented. Swing, flamenco, qawwali, rock, hip hop, throat singing, fado, Afrobeat, desert blues and tango all feature, with artists including Speech Debelle, Gotan Project K'naan and Hanggai already confirmed.
