Seven Park Place is the St. James Hotel and Club main culinary attraction, in the heart of central London.
Headed, and recently relaunched, by executive Chef William Drabble, the fine dining restaurant offers a selection of dishes newly designed by Drabble for the St. James's. These dishes illustrate Drabble's skill and creativity, which won him a coveted Michelin star in his previous role.
Three months after relaunching Seven Park Place, Drabble has already won three AA Rosettes.
The dishes are modern-French in style but made up of primarily British ingredients. He is passionate about using the best seasonal ingredients from specialist suppliers. Guests looking for a more informal meal can also try Drabble's cooking in William’s Bar and Bistro at the hotel.
There are four menus on offer at Seven Park Place: a la carte, lunch, gourmand and dessert. The restaurant is open Tuesday to Saturday from 12 till 2pm and 7 until 10 pm.
