Grand Hotel Principe di Piemonte is home to one of our ten award-winning restaurants - click here to view them all.
The Piccolo Principe restaurant was awarded its first Michelin star in 2009. It offers exquisitely refined cuisine coupled with a wine cellar that features over 800 fine wines - ideal for anyone who enjoys not just fine cuisine but also a good glass of wine.
This intimate and charming restaurant is open all year round with a cuisine based on traditional dishes and fresh fish which changes regularly. There are three main menus to choose from at Il Piccolo Principe: the a la carte menu and two tasting menus, a meat and a fish one.
Giuseppe Mancino is the executive chef, having joined Il Piccolo Principe in 2005. Under Giuseppe the restaurant has picked up many accolades and now features in the most prestigious guides including the Gambero Rosso and the Espresso as well as having earned its first Michelin star in 2009. Giuseppe loves creative cuisine and is also a devotee of the classical school of cooking which does not alter the food flavours.
It's not just the food that's worth the trip to Il Piccolo Principe though, the setting is just as stunning as the cuisine with views over the Tyrrhenian Sea and the Apuan Alps.
