  • 75g calamari
  • 75g prawns and fish, minced
  • 10g bell pepper finely chopped
  • 5g carrots finely chopped
  • 5ml balsamic vinegar

Cut open the calamari. Season with salt & pepper. Set aside.

Combine minced seafood, carrots, bell pepper and balsamic vinegar.

Carefully place a tablespoon of the seafood mixture on each calamari. Turn over the calamari so that the mixture is touching the baking pan. Poach in the oven with boiling water for 15 minutes. Let it cool. Garnish with lemon wedges, sprig of dill, cherry tomato, kidney beans. Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper
