  • 250g fresh shrimps from Adriatic sea
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp sage honey
  • 20-30 ruccola leaves

Put shrimps in a pan, add olive oil and sage honey and fry for 5 minutes.

Serve on ruccola leaves. Serve with Muscat white wine.
