Prawns tartare with noodles, sea scallops and caviar

- 100g prawns
- 50g strawberries
- 50g buffalo mozzarella
- 2g basil
- 50g baby prawns
- 5g olive oil
- 30g noodles
- 3g caviar
- 20g sea scallops
- 2g chives
Fish tartare: cut the strawberries into small slices. Take one slice of mozzarella, one basil leaf and place the fish tartar, seasoned with olive oil, salt, black pepper, lemon, and crispy celery, on top. Add a light garnish.
Fry the baby prawns, sauté the sea scallops with chives, salt, black pepper and white wine, and mix the homemade noodles with caviar and chives.
