  • 6 lettuce leaves
  • 16 medium prawns
  • Pink sauce

Cut the pineapple in 4 and remove the fruit. Keep the outer shell, which will be used as a cup to serve this dish.

The pineapple flesh should be cut in squares. The prawns, previously boiled, should be cut into 3 and the lettuce thinly chopped.

In the pineapple outer shell, make a lettuce bed, with pineapple squares and some prawns on top; season it with black pepper and pink sauce.

To finish, place the rest of the prawns on top of the sauce.

Serve chilled with rosé wine.
