Ostraco mediterranean salad

  • 3 tomatoes
  • Olives
  • Kapari (typical Greek vegetable)
  • crispy-toasted bread
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 onion
  • 1 portion of feta cheese
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

You will need a salad bowl in which to place the ingredients.

Peel the tomatoes (optional) and cut them into medium-sized pieces.

Add peeled and sliced cucumber, and finely sliced onion (you may want to use spring onions).

Add small chunks of the crispy bread, then cut the feta into small cubes and mix in with the rest of the salad.

Add the olives and then mix the ingredients together.

Pour on as much as you like, then sprinkle with oregano and season with salt.

For decoration and for even more flavour, add the kapari and place some kapari leaves on top.
