Wash all the vegetables and salad items thoroughly. Peel the carrots, cucumber, and horseradish. Cut separately the lettuce, onions, cabbage and tomatoes into bite-sized pieces. Grate the carrots, cucumber and horseradish.

Fry the chicken strips in hot oil until brown. Add some spices such as pepper, curry and paprika.

Finally, either mix all different salad items or leave them separate, and dress with salt, pepper, vinegar, balsamic and oil.
