Macaroni with salmon and shrimp sauce

  • 1Lb macaroni
  • 10oz smoked salmon
  • 10oz cream
  • 10oz shrimps
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 tin of tuna
  • Salt and oil

Boil the pasta for 12–14 minutes.

Chop the onion, pour the oil in a saucepan, and shallow fry the onion

Put the shrimps in the saucepan and boil it until the water has reduced.

Finely slice the smoked salmon and add it to the saucepan.

Mix all together and pour in the cream.

Stir well.

Cook on low heat for about 5 minutes, stiring at intervals.

Strain the macaroni and pour into the saucepan.

Stir well.

Serve with chopped parsley and a glass of white wine..
