Light passion fruit mousse

  • 10 servings
  • 50cl skimmed milk
  • 500g light fresh cheese
  • 8 sheets of gelatine
  • 8 egg white
  • 500g passion fruits

Put the gelatine in cold water.

Squeeze the juice out of the passion fruits.

Heat the milk in a saucepan on the stove.

Add gelatine and passion fruit juice.,/p>

Let it cool down.

Mix with light fresh cheese

Add the beaten egg whites eggs.

Place in small cups and place in the fridge.
