Cod fish salad with oranges

- 400g cod fish
- 4 boiled eggs
- 4 oranges
- 500g sugar
- 5 tbsp of balsamic vinegar of Modena
Put the cod fish in water for a day.
Peel the oranges and cut into segments and caramelize.
Get the cod and mix with the chopped garlic and a bit of cayenne pepper, add some olive oil to the mix.
After mixing all the ingredients, top them on the salad (lettuce), garnish with caramelised oranges and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
