- Egg yolk
- Corn oil
- Red wine vinegar
- Dijon mustard
- Anchovies
- Parmesan cheese
- Salt pepper
For Caesar dressing
- 1 egg yolk
- 4dl corn oil
- 1tsp mustard
- 2-3 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 4-6 anchovies fillets
- 1dl shredded parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper
Mix the egg yolk with oil, vinegar and mustard until solid and smooth consistency. Chop the anchovies into fine pieces and add this and the parmesan cheese into the mixture. Add salt and pepper to get the taste required.
Mix salad dressing and add chicken, croutons and some fine cut parmesan cheese on top of it.
