  • 100g sugar
  • 120g black chocolate
  • 80g butter
  • 40g flour
  • 4 egg whites
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 30g carob flour
  • 1 orange

Beat the egg yolks with sugar until white Melt the chocolate with the butter at a low temperature.

Mix both flours with egg yolks and then add the melted chocolate.

With an electric mixer whisk the eggs whites until they form stiff peaks, add gradually to the previous mixture.

Set the mixture in individual forms, greased with butter and flour.

Bake in warm oven (180ºC) four around 8 minutes.
