PRINCIPE FORTE DEI MARMI
Modern yet comfortable, minimalist yet relaxing, the Principe Forte dei Marmi is a unique property that showcases the best the Tuscan Riviera has to offer. We were amazed by the beautiful views over the sea, the breathtaking surroundings and the impeccable design of the property, with its stylish white, fawn, cream and brown palette and beautiful furniture.
This is no ordinary resort – infused with an atmosphere of calm and serenity, the Principe Forte dei Marmi offered us tranquillity and refinement. Our room was beautiful – luxurious fabrics in caramel shades, a massive four-poster bed laid with the finest linens, a Bose sound system (the rooms are completely sound-proofed) a mini bar and even a wine “cellar” with a selection of fine labels to choose from. Heaven!
Food at this hotel is sublime. The executive chef has worked at Nobu and Locanda Locatelli in London, as well as Cracco in Milan, and has brought this experience to the excellent restaurants at the hotel. We were lucky enough to be able to try all three of the dining options during our stay. From fresh seafood on the beach at Marechiaro, to a healthy lunch at Principe, and finally a romantic meal at the elegant fine dining restaurant Lux Lucis – everything was delicious, cooked to perfection, using the finest local produce.
