Fool in the pool

Every summer our company has a staff golf day where the men golf and the ladies have a spa day back at the house by the pool.

I was part of a foursome of people who like their drinks. Needless to say by the end of 18 holes I was feeling pretty good...

Back at the boss' house by the pool I went swimming in my underwear as my bathing suit was in the car. I proceeded to swim, or attempted to, for close to two hours tossing a ball at people. Every once in a while I'd struggle to get out of the pool and fall back in, etc. You can imagine how it went downhill from there...

So the punchline to this story is: one of our newer coworkers was driving home after the party with his wife, when she asked, "Who's that mentally challenged guy who works with you?"
