Great demands...

Some celebrities are well known for making strange requests, but one (un-named) celeb staying at Badrutt’s Palace really tested the hotel’s ability to meet the needs of its guests…

We were told that one guest asked for a certain brand of melba toast, of which the hotel didn’t supply. Instead of refusing the celebrity, the hotel flew the particular brand of snack in, all the way from Paris!

Simply Red has also played a private concert for a Russian guest, which was a birthday treat for his wife.
