- 1 shot Shao Xing rice wine
- 2 shots pineapple juice
- Half shot lime juice
- Half shot sugar syrup
- Sprite
- Slice of pineapple
Chill a long drink glass.
Fill the shaker half full with ice.
Add Shao Xing rice wine, pineapple juice, lime juice and sugar syrup into shaker.
Shake well for 7 seconds until shaker gets cold.
Strain and pour into chilled glass.
Top up with sprite and garnish with a slice of fresh pineapple.
Serve with stirrer and straw.
