Madras Mojito

  • 50ml White Bacardi
  • 15ml sugar syrup
  • 10ml lemon juice
  • 1 curry leaf
  • 8 mint leaves
  • 1 slice ginger
  • 4 lemon chunks
  • 1 stick brown sugar

Mix all the ingredients, apart from lemon juice and rum, together and serve in a large rock glass.

Add lemon juice and rum. Top up with crushed ice and mix evenly. Decorate with mint.
