There are four types of suites at President Solitaire, Executive, Premier, Solitaire and Platinum. Executive suites can accommodate single or double occupancy, while the other 3 suite types can accommodate up to 3 people. Tantalise your senses as pure essential oils release their gentle fragrance as they are gently massaged into your body, while muscles and ligaments are tenderly kneaded to ease away tension and increase your natural flow of energy from head to toe. A relaxing yet therapeutic massage of the legs and feet follows, and our treatment concludes with a refreshing facial and revitalising scalp massage.  

2. Ananda Pranayama Kriya Meditation Class- 1 hour 30 minutes

The sessions offered from Asaf in Pranayama Kriya Yoga can have a profound effect on the body, mind, and soul. We live in a very stressful world with many duties that must be done, however we often forget about our own well-being and without that, everything becomes much more difficult. The focus will be on how to stay healthy and happy by living a balanced life and you will be given daily techniques such as breathing, and concentration techniques to help quiet the stress in your life.

3. Ananda Retreat- 3 hours 30 minutes

Ananda Spa’s signature massage is a unique treatment combining aromatherapy, deep tissue massage, Thai Shiatsu and Ayurvedic massage. Using pure essential oils, your masseuse skillfully seeks out pressure points to release trapped energy, improve circulation, and restore harmony to your body. A pleasurable massage of the legs and feet is then followed by an ‘aromessence’ facial treatment which delicately soothes away signs of tiredness and restores your natural radiance. Bringing your treatment to a close is a divine scalp massage.

4. Ananda Hot Stone Massage- 1 hour 30 minutes (Coming within 1 month)

Deluxe body treatment working on the entire body to help create balance emotionally and physically. An ancient culture dating thousands of years and used by American Indians, this therapy was used for many purposes, ranging from grounding to achieving deeper levels of relaxation as well as for healing process. As the stones work in harmony, using various massage techniques, the body is relaxed and its deepest level, using the gentle transformational properties of mineral and semi-precious stones.
