If you want to stay fit during your visit, there are plenty of sporting activities available from the resort. All thatched-roof suites boast a king-sized bed, separate living room, jacuzzi whirlpool bath and private indoor and outdoor showers. Guests can relax on their private balconies complete with oceanfront views and make good use of the bird guide and binoculars in each suite. To ensure a peaceful environment, there are no televisions, telephones or alarm clocks in the suites. Children under the age of 16 are not permitted.

Historic Key West is located 28 miles from Little Palm Island Resort & Spa. This wonderful small town offers unique shops, restaurants and several points of interest including the Mel Fisher Museum, Hemingway House and the Audubon House. The hotel can provide transfers or it's possible to hire a car for the 35-minute journey. For those who wish to take a longer road trip, the journey between the island and Miami is about 120 miles. This scenic drive takes in impressive crossings such as the famous Seven Mile Bridge, which connects Marathon to the Lower Keys. One of the most beautiful coral reefs in North America can be found at Looe Key National Marine Sanctuary, situated just four miles from the resort. It's suitable for novice snorkellers as well as experienced divers. The resort itself sits amid the Great White Heron National Wildlife refuge, making it ideal for bird watching. Eco tours in the area include spotting the marine life that surrounds the island.
