The Bush Nature and Earth Nature spas offer a range of treatments to help you wind down after a long day tracking animals. Both use local natural ingredients combined with Phytomer products to create unique African therapies. For example, the Bush Nature Spa’s African Romance treatment consists of an invigorating rose salt scrub, followed by an intense African essential butter back, neck and shoulder massage. At the Earth Nature Spa, which specialises in hydrotherapy and phytotherapy, this rejuvenating treatment can be finished off with a petal hydrotherapy bath and a calming meditation session in the adjacent Zen gardens.

Room Options

Sabi Sabi features the all-suite Selati Camp, which is located on the banks of Msuthlu riverbed and retains the old-world charm of oil lamps and lanterns for evening lighting. Selati Camp boasts the Ivory Presidential and the Lourenco Marques Honeymoon suites. At the ethnic Bush Lodge, each suite is air-conditioned and includes an en suite bathroom. This lodge also has its own private dining veranda. Sabi Sabi’s newest addition is Earth Lodge, which comprises 13 superbly appointed suites in an intimate setting in the heart of the African bushveld. Each suite is attended by a private butler and appointed with specially commissioned furnishings, a secluded plunge pool and open-air showers.

Things to do in Sabi Sand

Safaris at Sabi Sabi are a truly unique African experience. Guided by your experienced ranger and skilled tracker, guests begin an adventure to spot a myriad of wild animals including, but not limited to, the ‘big five’ as well as graceful impala and zebra.
While most animals will be viewed from the comfort and security of open Land Rovers, the reserve’s safari team encourages guests to spend a few hours on foot to experience the real pulse of Africa. Walks are tailor-made for individual guests.

Getting to Sabi Sabi Private Game Reserve

There are daily scheduled flights from Johannesburg International Airport to Kruger Mpumalanga Airport with a hop to Sabi Sabi. Alternatively, there is a shuttle service from Johannesburg International Airport direct to Sabi Sabi. Complimentary transfers are available to Sabi Sabi lodges from the private landing strip.
