The shiatsu massage incorporates ancient Japanese rituals designed to establish a healthy state of balance that treats the mind, body and spirit. An offering of Japanese Tea is followed with a gentle foot cleanse and massage of specific points on the feet. To bring the body back into balance, pressure is applied to various points on the body using thumbs, fingers and palms. The final touch is a soothing head massage.
