The Spa

Cap Juluca has a large selection of spa services that can be carried out in the privacy of a guest room or suite, on a private terrace, on the beach, in the gardens or in the treatment rooms. Another option is the gazebo overlooking the Caribbean Sea and the mountains of St Maarten. The romantic Juluca Ritual comprises a refreshing basil and mint body scrub, couple’s massage, sea salt and flower bath and botanical tea. Private yoga lessons, personal training, circuit training, meditation, massage lessons for two and regression therapy are also on hand. The idyllic hotel spa, due to open in 2003, will be situated on Maundays point, which is surrounded by water. Private spa suites will have sea view courtyards and upper level moonlit terraces. There will also be seashore pavilions, waterfall pools, a yoga garden and a health club. Guests will also be able to sit back in the relaxation areas and explore the seascape labyrinth and imaginatively designed pools. Dining

Cap Juluca has three superb restaurants. Perched six feet from the water is Pimms, with French Asian food. The menu is dominated by seafood. Also waterside is Kemia, which serves bite-size delicacies such as sushi, sashimi, bento boxes, nams, samosas, seafood tapas and wonderful desserts. George's on the beach is an informal eaterie serving sandwiches and wraps, salads and pizzas, and barbecue dishes. Try the excellent lobster and chicken at Scilly Cay in Island Harbour.
