Executive chef Dominique Michou - the only Maître Cuisinier de France and Maître Cuisinier de Belgique - has created a classical yet daring French menu at the gastronomic restaurant L’Alban Chambon, which features a sumptuous Italian baroque interior.

By train: the Midi-Zuid (T.G.V., Thalys and Eurostar), Central and North stations are 10 minutes away. Public transport: De Brouckère subway station is located in front of the hotel.
