Dining

Food is the main attraction at La Manoir. Raymond Blanc has received praise worldwide for his cooking skills, and you can easily see why when dining at La Manoir.

The restaurant is headed by Raymond Blanc and his protege Gary Jones. Together they have devised a modern French menu which makes the most of the hotel's two-acre garden.

The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner seven days a week and offers a variety of menus, including full vegetarian and children menus.

The food menus are accompanied by an extensive wine list of bottles from Le Manoir's impressive wine cellar, home to 1000 different wines from around the world.

The atmosphere at Le Manoir's restaurant is intimate and comfortable, a perfect setting for any occasion.

Private dining, receptions, weddings and corporate events can also be arranged at The Milton Room, complete with private dining menus devised by Raymond Blanc.

Things to do

While food is likely to be the focus of guests at La Manoir, its location in Great Milton also makes it an ideal place from which to enjoy the pleasures of Oxfordshire, and the world famous town of Oxford.

The city centre is a short drive from Le Manoir, and is a must see for any lovers of culture and history. For over 8 centuries it has been home to royals and scholars, and is of course known the world over for its University, the city's major attraction.

But Oxford also offers plenty to the more casual traveller, with some great bars, shopping and a bustling nightlife.
