Le Sud restaurant offers Mediterranean gourmet cuisine in an elegant setting. There are two bars: the Café Arroyo, a traditional Buenos Aires café, a great place to enjoy breakfast while reading the paper, or light meals and sandwiches until late; and La Bibliotheque a warm and cosy lounge with a fire lit on cooler evenings.

There are four meeting rooms; the maximum capacity for a reception is 350 guests. A fully equipped business centre is available.

Buenos Aires, a busy port, is also known as the gateway to Argentina and has maintained a European style in architecture and culture over the years, with German and Swedish names outnumbering Spanish ones. The national dance is the Tango and no visit here would be complete without a visit to see the experts dancing in San Telmo. It is the norm to dine late in the city and there are plenty of great restaurants and cafes to visit. Beef is a speciality on most menus washed down with some delicious local wine. The internationally renowned opera at Teatro Colon is spectacular, although tickets can be hard to come by.
