Top Incentive Attractions

Mauritius boasts new-found attractions and a green heart, making it an ideal choice for unforgettable meetings and incentives. As a change from the sand, sea and sun, tailor-made itineraries are recommended for those groups wishing to explore the interior. For example, why not visit Pamplemousses Gardens, one of the finest botanical showcases in the world?
At the hotel, groups will benefit from the skills of the entertainment staff, who specialise in organising team-building activities such as beach volleyball, tug-of-war and kayaking. In the evenings, this can be followed by a themed dinner on the beach for up to 300 guests or at the main restaurant, La Pomme d'Amour, with its seating capacity for up to 250 people.
Themed evenings are possible and examples include a 'Chic dinner in the palm gardens',  'Tropical dinner on the beach' and an  'African bush party', organised at Wolmar natural reserve, located 10 minutes from the resort.

All capacities are classroom-style.
Business facilities include internet access on leased line, fax machine, photocopying machine, email, computers for guest use, printing facilities and leased line connection points for laptop.

About the hotel

Like a jewel the Hilton Mauritius Resort & Spa has been set in one of the most beautiful showcases on the island’s sunny western coast, described by Mark Twain as the “original paradise”. Standing on one of Mauritius’ most famous beaches, Flic-en-Flac, this genuine five-star resort has a warm and refined atmosphere. Characterised by a unique purity of line contrasting with many items of richly decorative art, the Hilton Mauritius Resort & Spa has been built using a palette of colours to evoke a contemporary oriental design in harmony with its setting.

Dining

The rule for gastronomy at the resort is to source fresh local produce and authentic imported products. There are themed restaurants ranging from Melanzane by Goumard, a deluxe brasserie specialising in fish dishes and shellfish; to Ginger Thai, serving delicious Thai cuisine; and Les Coquillages, located on the beach overlooking the lagoon. The Aqua Bar and Vista Bar provide great meeting places.

The picturesque market in Port Louis and the shopping outlets in Curepipe are an absolute must. The more adventurous can rent a car at the hotel and follow the signposts to discover indigenous species of flora in Chamarel and Macchabée forests.
