The Palladio Italian restaurant has received a mass of awards recognising its consistently high levels of service and recipes. Regarded as the finest dining experience outside of Italy, the Palladio centres round a selection of the freshest ingredients, signature dishes and new offerings. The hotel’s culinary genius, executive chef Edmund Toh makes sure guests have an overwhelming array of tastes and flavours shown throughout the six restaurants and in house catering. The Summer Pavilion Chinese Restaurant serves up dim sum and fine Cantonese cuisine created by Hong Kong’s finest chefs. For a truly sophisticated evening, guests can try the finest sushi and teppanyaki at the Hanagatami Japanese Restaurant which has two dining halls comprising of a nine seat sushi bar, two private VIP rooms, and a dining hall with two teppanyaki area and three private tatami rooms. The Ritz Carlton hotel is located on the Nanjing Rd, the number one business thoroughfare in China. The road has a special charm with an array of department stores, restaurants and fast food outlets. Shanghai is primarily a business centre and the main attraction is the city itself. As one of the most rich and fascinating cities in the world its diverse cultural and historical heritage makes Shanghai an exciting place to visit. A landmark is the Oriental Pearl TV Tower in Pudong Park. This futuristic structure has a huge shopping mall and scientific centre inside. Tourists can view the city’s panoramic views from the observation deck on the first level. Close by, Shanghai’s Grand Theatre is one of Shanghai’s most spectacular buildings acting as Asia’s largest theatre for opera, ballet and orchestras. The lobby is ideal for cocktail receptions and the ballroom is perfect for evening banquets. The famous Shanghai Museum, located at Peoples Square, the biggest public square in Shanghai, has five floors full of Chinese ancient art and bronze. Walking through the Sightseeing Tunnel is a novel way of getting from Nanjing Rd to the Oriental Pearl TV Tower. Top Incentive Attractions

For large-scale events or informal board meetings, the conference services and catering staff are professional and experienced at making sure all needs are catered for.
