The hotel’s concierge can organise tickets to seasonal concerts, theatre excursions or even guided tours of the city itself. Other facilities include private dining, ten function rooms, with capacity for up to 250 people, Pulitzer Art Gallery, concierge service, lounge bar, courtyard gardens and cycle hire. | "...The location on the Prinsengracht and Keizergracht canals in a beautiful arrangement of typical yet varied canal houses provided an ideal setting for our 2 recent stays in Amsterdam. As was to be expected the rooms were very comfortable with every need catered for and if not the very amiable and efficient staff would make any necessary arrangements. The food and service in the restaurant and bars were also excellent. Go for an Executive room as these have the best views over the canals...."
