Room Options

Lungarno Suites features 44 suites divide into 4 types: De Luxe with river view, Suite with river view, Suite and Studio. Each offer varying degrees of comfort and luxury.

• De Luxe with river view suites are incredibly spacious (62 square meters) and feature unforgettable views of the river and Old Bridge. They were designed with comfort in mind, both in the living room and bedroom. They also boast changing light which floods the suite all day long through the floor to ceiling glass doors that overlook the river. Suites with terraces are available on request. De Luxe with river view suites come with double or twin beds.
• Suites with river view are large, comfortable and elegantly designed. They also feature great views of the Old Bridge and river, as well as floor to ceiling windows and optionally can have a studio annexed to some of them. Suites with river view come with double or twin beds.
• Suites are spacious apartments of around 60 square meters, with living room and bedroom alongside two bathrooms, one with shower booth, the other with a bath tub. The living room's sofa can also double up as a bed, making this suite ideal for families. Suites come with double or twin beds.
• Studios are a great single room of around 40 square meters. Studios are well organised, with space maximised and large windows that overlook the hotel's entrance plaza. Studios come with double or twin beds.

Hotel Lungarno: Borgo San Jacopo
Borgo San Jacopo is decorated and furnished in a contemporary style, set over two levels overlooking the Arno River. Drawing upon traditional ‘cucina Italiana’ influences, the Borgo San Jacopo serves the finest local and seasonal produce re-invented into classic dishes such as ‘fritto all’italiana’, homemade pasta and speciality breads.

Gallery Hotel Art: Fusion Bar
The Fusion Bar Shozan-Gallery is the place to see and be seen in Florence. Enjoy modern fusion cuisine, cocktails and beverages, surrounded by artworks. Thanks to its original vision, Fusion Bar Shozan-Gallery was recently awarded the “3 chicchi e 3 tazzine” from the Gambero Rosso 2003 guide to the best bars in Italy.

Business Facilities

In room facilities include a working desk, fax machine on request at extra cost and modem point (WI FI is also available).
Executive room facilities also include a private lounge, express check out, dual line telephone, complimentary breakfast and butler service at an extra cost.
Fax machine, email facilities, secretarial services and photocopying machine all available in room at an extra cost. A computer is also available at the front desk for customer use.

'Lungarno Hotels' have a selection of meeting rooms located amongst the four properties, as well as additional meeting venues not located in the hotels, such as the Palazzo Capponi and  the Villa Le Rose, which is located outside of Florence and ideal also for outdoor uses.

Things to do in Florence

Every year Florence is host to many events such as the 'Maggio Musicale' music festival. Italy is renowned for its rich culinary traditions and Florence offers a wealth of restaurants, bars, food shops and typical Tuscan trattorias where you can enjoy good food and drinks to your heart's content.
Florence is the capital of Tuscany, and quaint villages can be reached in as little as 20 minutes’ drive. Explore Fiesole, with its historical buildings, or head to the coast, about one hour away by car. Wine tours in the Chianti region are recommended, and cooking courses can be organised in traditional Tuscan villas.
Lungarno Suites are located near to the Ponte Vecchio, Florence’s famous medieval bridge, and boast spectacular river views. Within walking distance of all the major attractions of the city, including Michelangelo’s David, the Vasarian Corridor, the Uffizi Gallery and the Piazza della Signoria, Lungarno Suites make sightseeing in Florence a joy. Florence's Amerigo Vespucci Intl Airport is 15 to 20 minutes away by taxi or bus, while Pisa's Galileo Galilei's Airport is a 50 to 60 minutes train, bus or taxi ride away. The nearest train station is Santa Maria Novella, 5 minutes away by taxi.
