About the hotel
The exclusive Lémuria Resort of Praslin was the first five-star deluxe resort to be opened in the glorious Seychelles. Nestling in the hills, Lémuria Resort, with its majestic vaulted colonnade, overlooks the two coves of Anse Kerlan with a panoramic view of the lagoon. In the distance, facing the sunset, is the main island of Mahé.

Lémuria Resort boasts a myriad of leisure amenities, including a three-tiered swimming pool, steam bath, two tennis courts, sauna and a health and fitness centre. Head to the resort’s Guerlain Beauty Centre for a range of professional treatments. Most water sports are available from the resort such as windsurfing, sailing, scuba diving, snorkelling and deep sea fishing. Environmentally friendly water sports facilities are free to guests while, at an extra cost, it’s possible to patronise the resort’s fully equipped dive centre and choose to either go deep sea fishing, or take an exciting organised excursion to one of the many outlying islands. A games room has been allocted for children's entertainment. Lémuria Resort’s three restaurants offer a variety of international and Mediterranean cuisines, blending with mouthwatering local specialities. Onsite, there are three à la carte restaurants, each with an individual ambience and menu. The Legend offers a combination of international cuisine and local specialities while the Sea-Horse features Mediterranean cuisine. Choose the informal Beach Restaurant for seafood and salads. Lémuria Resort of Praslin is close to the colourful Vallee de Mai garden, now a protected UNESCO World Heritage Site, and home of the famous coco de mer fruit. Anse Lazio, one of the world’s best beaches, is also located on the island. The beaches around the resort are ideal for watching turtles during the breeding season.
