"...The Kairaba has extensive and beautifully tended gardens, with many birds and the odd monitor lizard. Also green vervet monkeys which are delightful as you are not allowed to feed them and as a result they are not seeking food from the residents. We watched as many as six chasing each other into and out of a hammock three yards away as we lazed by the pool. Excellent breakfasts, rather slim on fresh fruit, but fine omelettes etc. The staff were charming and helpful without exception...."
