Talloires is known as the ‘Pearl of the Lake’ as a result of its breathtaking location that allows visitors to enjoy many sports activities. A long list of water sports is available as are hiking, mountain climbing, biking and tennis. Two 18-hole golf courses are nearby.
During the winter, the region of Savoie offers an abundance of winter sports and there are several ski centres located within an hour’s journey such as Courchevel, Meribel and Megeve.
