Things to do in Aventura

The Fairmont Turnberry Isle is located close to many attractions, such as the Aventura Mall – with its 250 speciality shops including Bloomingdales – and the elegant shops at Bal Harbour.
Florida is world-famous for its first-class sporting venues, many of which are minutes from the resort. Groups can take a trip to the Gulfstream and Calder race courses and the Tennis Centre at Key Biscayne. The resort is also a short distance from South Beach, Fort Lauderdale and Palm Beach. Themed events and packages are available, such as the Zen evening, when the resort’s Asian garden is filled with glowing lanterns, bamboo, smooth scattered stones and water features, while origami artists, t’ai chi masters and rice painters entertain the guests.
