Going to retrieve your ball may not be the best idea. The Lost City Golf Course also features a club house and the Crocodile Lounge, ideal for after-round drinks. Golf lessons, both private and group, are available, as well as a driving range and Pro shop. The Gary Player Country Club Golf Course is recommended for more experienced players and those seeking a challenge. At over 7000 metres, it's one of the world's longest and home to the Nedbank Million Dollar Golf Challenge. The course is fairly flat throughout but still offers plenty of challenges with water hazards, bunkers and hidden pins. Its fairways and greens are kept in pristine condition year round, offering a great contrast set against the yellow and green hills of Pilanesberg. The Gary Player Course also features a club house and the Gary Player Country Club Restaurant, which serves breakfast and lunch.

Sun City operates a daily shuttle transport to and from Johannesburg Airport, as well as other convenient points in the Gauteng area, including Pretoria.
