The diversity of the imperial city’s 18-hole courses will charm the most demanding of players. Located just 10 minutes from the hotel, the clubs can provide tuition for all levels.
Built in the 1920s by the Pasha of Marrakech, the Royal Golf is one of the longest-established courses in Morocco while the Palmeraie was designed by Robert Trent Jones.
For a challenging course, which has features such as water traps, bunkers and outstanding fairways, golfers can choose the Amelkis course, which was designed by C. Robinson.
Each of the three courses has its own practice facility with a putting green. Transport can be arranged from the hotel. La Sultana presents a variety of golf packages, which can include green fees, tuition, VIP accommodation, dinner and city excursions.

Things to do in Marrakech

Marrakech is an imperial city with 12 kilometres of ramparts constructed over 900 years ago. Enjoy a horse-drawn carriage ride around the historical city and its enchanting palm groves. The hotel’s chefs can prepare a picnic especially for your trip. Spend an exhilarating day exploring the landscape of the Atlas Mountains in a Land Rover, including lunch at the Kasbah du Toubkal, relaxation at a hammam or a mule ride to an outlying Berber village. Discover the Bahia Palace, a 14th Century masterpiece featuring 150 rooms built for the Sultan Alaouite, his four spouses and his 24 ‘unofficial’ partners.
