91 days of summer competition
Throughout the summer all online bookings made through www.ghotw.com and www.shotw.com will automatically be entered into a competition whereby the 91st, 1091st, 2091st etc. person to book will receive their stay completely free of charge.
Terms and Conditions
- Prize is valid for reservations made on Great Hotels of the World or Special Hotels of the World websites between 01 June 2009 and 31 August 2009
- The 91st person to book, the 1091st, up every thousand until 3091st person will receive their booking for free
- This prize includes accommodation only
- Any incidentals must be paid by the guest directly at the hotel upon check out
- The prize excludes flights, transfers and travel insurance
- In case of any cancellation, guest is responsible for paying any cancellation fees. In this event another winner will be picked from the remaining pool of entrants
- The prize is non transferable and cannot be substituted for a cash alternative
- Entry to the competition is open to individuals aged 18 or over
- Winners will be notified by email or telephone before their stay at the hotel
- Payment
- For prepaid rates: Great Hotels of the World will refund the amount charged back to the credit card used at time of booking. This will be credited within 14 working days after guest's departure
- If rate is to be paid upon departure: Great Hotels of the World will pay the hotel directly
- The winners' name may be published on Great Hotels of the World website after the closing date of the competition
- This prize draw is not open to employees of Great Hotels of the World and their families
- Great Hotels of the World reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition at any time
- The competition and the terms and conditions of this agreement will be governed by English law
